Christmas Fayre (7 Dec) – What to do with your donations

Auction & Raffle Prizes?
Do you have anything we could use as auction or raffle prizes, or do you have any food or drink items we could put in our luxury hamper?
Drop off any raffle or auction prizes into the school office Mon 3 – Thur 6 Dec.
What to do with your Jam Jars
Please take off the labels and fill your jam jars with small sweets or toys or a mixture of both.  We’ll be selling them for £2.  If you can, you can make them look festive.  No nuts please. Drop off donations Mon 3 – Thur 6 Dec in the basement.
 
Toys, Kids DVDs & books, Craft Donations
Please donate only kids DVDs and books.  Adult DVDs and books don’t sell and we have to then take them to a charity shop.  Please drop any donations off Mon 3 – Thur 6 Dec to the basement.
Gift items
Our gift stall is one of the most popular, and we’d welcome any gift items or unwanted presents including items such as jewellery, nail varnish and perfumes.  Drop off Mon 3 – Thur 6 in the basement.
Home Baking
All items welcome, from chocolate crispies, or chocolate dipped mashmallows to sell to kids for 20p, to lovely cupcakes for the cafe.  Please remember no nuts in the baking.  Please drop off any home baking on Fri 7 Dec morning in the School Gym Hall where the Xmas Fayre will take place.
Auction  
We’ll be running a silent auction at the xmas fayre this year of
–       A sculpture by 2011 Turner Prize winner Martin Boyce
–       Childs tennis racket
–       Place on Theatre Studios February Project

Christmas Fayre will be open to parents/carers from 1.30pm – 3.15pm on Fri 7 Dec.
